Permission for Third Country National to acquire immovable property in Cyprus
Citizens of non-EU Member states who wish to acquire immovable property in the Republic of Cyprus should first obtain permission from the local District Administration according to Article 3(1) of the Acquisition of Immovable Property (Aliens) Law, Chapter 109.
For such permission to be granted, the application from COMM 145 must be submitted to the District Administration of the district in which the property for sale is located, alongside with the other required documents....
